Cam Brown

Cam Brown is the founder of NBFC Rogue and leads the club with a clear vision built on his experience playing and coaching within a professional academy environment in England. His approach centers around the club’s “first pass forward” philosophy—developing intelligent, attack-minded players who can make quick decisions and impact the game.
Cam is passionate about long-term player development, focusing on technical quality, game understanding, and confidence in high-pressure situations. He creates a professional, high-energy environment where players are challenged, supported, and encouraged to express themselves.
Beyond the field, Cam is committed to developing character, discipline, and lifelong habits that help players succeed in soccer and in life. His goal is to provide a pathway for players in the local community to grow, compete, and reach their full potential.
Amanda Brown is a Co-Founder and Treasurer of NBFC Rogue, helping support the club’s day-to-day operations and organization. As a strong believer in youth development, she is passionate about creating a positive, welcoming environment for players and their families.
Amanda is dedicated to making the club accessible, well-run, and focused on giving every child the opportunity to grow, build confidence, and enjoy the game.
