At NBFC Rogue, our methodology is built on developing players who think, act, and compete like modern footballers. Every session is designed with purpose, intensity, and realism, mirroring the demands of the game and the principles of professional academy environments in England.
Our approach is centered around one core idea: First Pass Forward. We coach players to constantly look to play forward with intelligence, courage, and speed of thought—whether that’s a direct pass, a dribble, or a movement that breaks lines and creates advantage.

NBFC Rogue develops confident, intelligent, attack-minded soccer players through a “first pass forward” philosophy. We deliver high-quality coaching in a positive, player-centered environment, aiming to instill strong character and lifelong skills, all while setting the foundation for core tenets.

We are highly selective in how we build. Our focus is not on numbers, but on standards. Every player is coached with detail, challenged with intent, and held to a level that drives real development. We don’t expand for the sake of it—we grow deliberately, ensuring our environment, methodology, and coaching quality are never diluted.
We promise to do whatever we can in support of our local community with a goal to grow the love for the game and allow all adolescents the equal opportunity to play.
