NBFC Rogue strives to provide a fair and transparent refund process for our players and families.
General Policy
All registration fees, tryout fees, uniform purchases, and donations are generally non-refundable once payment is processed.
Qualifying Circumstances
Refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, such as:

A season or program is completely canceled by the club.

A player suffers a documented season-ending medical injury before the first practice.

A family relocates out of the New Braunfels area before the season begins.
Administrative Authority
Please note that the discretion of the club owner supersedes the information listed in this section of the website, as they hold all authority regarding final refund decisions.
Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the club administration team. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request and the time of the season.
